Contract Agreement & Payment Terms

  • All classes must be paid for prior to the child attending - no allowances will be made. All payments to be made online.
  • I understand that non-payment of fees will result in my child not being allowed to participate in the classes. To be able to participate in any classes on the Ryder Academi timetable parents/guardians must register their child and make full payment.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - office@ryderacademi.com
  • I understand that it is my obligation to be aware of changes or updates relating to the classes for which I am signing up for, and this includes monitoring the Ryder Academi social media pages, website and emails which I may receive.
  • In the unlikely event that a class has to be cancelled, I understand that I am not entitled a monetary refund however an alternative class will be offered on the closest possible date. I understand that due to the Coronavirus pandemic, classes may be moved to an online platform whereby classes will be taught by video. In this event, I understand that the same class fees remain due under the terms of this agreement.
  • If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, Ryder Academi will offer a make-up session.

Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

At Ryder Academi, we take the safety of our students seriously. We have made the appropriate checks to reasonably ensure that everyone involved meets our high standards of safety and care.

  • I understand and consent to my child being accompanied by authorised representatives of Ryder Academi at all training sessions, rehearsals and performances.
  • I am aware that my child’s participation in the dance, performing arts and acrobatic activities has some inherent risks and injury may occur. Ryder Academi accepts no responsibility.
  • I am aware my child will be training/performing with children of other ages. This will include physical and mental play against individuals who are older and possibly more experienced within the activity and physical contact is very likely. 
  • I acknowledge that I fully understand that there has been a fully informed discussion between Ryder Academi, my child and myself about the suitability for my child’s participation and the risks involved.
  • I assume the risk of all injury and agree not to hold Ryder Academi and its associates or affiliates liable for any and all injuries caused by or resulting from participating in physical activities or use of facilities at Ryder Academi.

Behaviour and Attendance

  • Ryder Academi reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 

Photography and Use of Promotional Materials

  • I agree to photography / videography of my child during classes and at events relating to Ryder Academi, by appointed members of the Ryder Academi team. I understand that these photographs may be used for future promotional use including online and offline advertising platforms without being further informed. I agree to these images being used indefinitely for the purposes of marketing Ryder Academi.
